What is 4D Manometry?

4D manometry is an analytics platform that generates multiple clinically relevent information from single high-resolution impedance manometry (HRIM) procedure, including:
  • Simutaneous temporal-spatial data on pressure and luminal geomtry along the esophageal segment, based on bio-physical principles and clinical studies.
  • Novel outcomes related to motility (intra-bolus pressure), compliance (distensibility index along body and EGJ), transit (4-phase bolus time history and retention).
  • Input and output analysis, with input including raw HRIM data of eash swallow and landmark inputs, and output including interactive visuals.
